15 Park Row

New York, NY

15 Park Row, a landmark steel-frame skyscraper built in 1899, had been partially converted from commercial to residential space over a period of time. Fogarty Finger transformed the remaining lower floors into rental apartments, while also renovating the lobbies for a more residential feel and adding significant amenity spaces. The lobby features historic and contemporary details including fluted bronze-gold wall panels, coffered ceilings and mosaic tile floors. The crowning domed cupolas are home to a pair of sprawling penthouse apartments.
