Fogarty Finger designed both the interior and exterior of this 11-story condominium building in the Powerhouse Historic District of Jersey City.  The building maintains commercial space on the ground floor with 120 residential units above.  An alternating grid of windows and wood infill panels contextualizes the materiality of the old Atlantic Pacific Loft building across the street.
