Construction is currently in progress at Astoria West, a three-building residential project situated in Astoria, Queens. The building’s façade provides a clean, neutral, white-and-gray palette serving as the backdrop for an inlaid grid of double-height windows and three prominent quadruple-height vertical sections. The footprint will total over 520,000 SF adjacent to the East River waterfront. Over 500 apartments will be available for residents coupled with indoor and rooftop amenity programming.
