Long Island City’s NOVA is the newest luxury residential building in the rapidly-rising Queens neighborhood. Clad in white terracotta, we provided full architectural and interior design services for the 26-story condominium that will offer 86 units and ground floor retail. A cousin to Manhattan’s famed Flatiron Building – though built 120 years apart – the structure is uniquely shaped due its location on a triangular site. Sitting at the end of a skyscraper-zoned district, the building acts as a “prow” to the area and embodies incredible verticality. In addition to ample amenities, a crown-jewel shared terrace will offer panoramic views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline when the building opens later this year – easily making it one of the area’s modern architectural icons.
