Set in the landmarked 19^th century Osborne apartment building, Fogarty Finger designed and renovated this sprawling split-level apartment for a young family hoping to retain the historic charm, while updating the space for a modern lifestyle. Original and restored details include door casings, inset herringbone floors, and intricate tile work. A large kitchen becomes the formal heart of the apartment, with a grand-sized zinc-topped island, and copious hidden storage space.
