Platt Street Hotel

Our firm was tapped to design the public spaces and guest room interiors for a new boutique hotel on Platt Street. Straddled between the Financial District and historic South Street Seaport, the hotel pulls design influence from neighborhood context. The finer scale of the Seaport, with its cobblestone streets, antique brickwork, and industrial metalwork informs the detailing and textures through large-scale red marble terrazzo flooring, backlit fluted wood walls, and steelwork for the canopy bar and staircase.
