Cape Advisors Tops Out 534-unit Astoria West

Real Estate Weekly announced the new residential development Astoria West, located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard in Astoria, has topped out. The three-building complex contains 534 rental apartments on a two-and-a-half waterfront site.
