At 412 West 15th Street, Rockhill hired Fogarty Finger Architects to create move-in ready, full-floor pre-builds showcasing the tower’s boutique floor plates, floor-to-ceiling glass and sweeping views of Midtown, Downtown and the Hudson River. These spaces were critical in attracting tenants to the building.
