John Curtis


John is a prominent leader in the management of architectural design teams and innovative architectural solutions from project conception through construction. He delivers a cultivated expertise in planning, development, and architectural design for commercial office, residential, and mixed-use projects. His design approach begins with understanding the client’s requirements and ambitions to identify unique and modern solutions. Innovative visuals unfold by finding ways to maximize buildable floor area, improve unit layouts, and combine building functions in ways that optimize development potential.

John brings over 25 years of experience working at some of New York City’s most prestigious architectural firms. His notable projects include 200E59, a luxury condo building on 59th Street, 572 11th Ave, a boutique rental building on 11th Avenue, 606W57, a residential building on the West Side Waterfront, and 412W15, a commercial building in the Meatpacking District. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Waterloo, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is a LEED accredited professional.
